In case of serious problems and (life-threatening) danger to you or those around you, call 112. If there is danger to life an ambulance will be sent. It is recommended to tell the ambulance or hospital staff that the seriously ill person is undocumented. Ambulance staff, too, have a duty of confidentiality: they will not share data about you with the authorities.

For non-urgent matters you can visit the Spoedpost in the evening, at night and at the weekend.

If there is a risk of suicide, call 113.

You can talk about the problem with an expert. This helpline is free, anonymous and available 24 hours a day. Where needed, the expert can put you in touch with a care provider. For more information
